We build brands that live in everyday life.
BEMS Ventures is an owner-led e-commerce and brand group based in northern Germany. With seven own brands, we develop products that solve real everyday problems — and sell them internationally via marketplaces and direct-to-consumer.
We are convinced: when a company truly puts in the effort, it can offer its customers exceptionally strong products at genuinely attractive prices — and will be rewarded for it in the long run. That is what we fight for, every single day.

The location
A railway station by the lake.
Our office sits in the historic old railway station on Theaterplatz in Ratzeburg, right by the water. When the best ideas don’t come at the desk, we just step outside.
We believe that environment shapes culture. That’s why we deliberately work where nature, history and quiet are part of the day — combined with an international remote team.

Co-CEO & Co-Founder
Former university professor, today a 9-figure e-commerce seller. Marketplace and D2C expert, AI nerd and conversion geek who thinks every marketing lever through to the last detail. Jan is the driver of our company — with an eye for the big goals and the drive to actually reach them. He has an open ear for everyone on the team, is always deep in the topic and a real sparring partner. His energy is contagious, his standards non-negotiable. An absolute leader with heart and enormous ambition.

Dennis Meincke
Co-CEO & Co-Founder
9-figure e-commerce seller, finance and strategy genius. Dennis is notorious for finding hacks, levers and angles others wouldn’t dream of — from cashflow magic to marketplace mechanics nobody else thinks possible. Where others see a problem, Dennis finds three ways to turn it into an advantage. When something has no obvious solution, that’s when he really gets started.
